You will lose free time and weekends but if that’s for you this place is great you will always have work and plenary of hours to work, sometimes you go on say out for weeks with no option, but the foreman are great and the crews are upper management likes to make things difficult

You will hate it so don't waste your time because they just are miserable and no communication what so ever. Management is by far the worst I've ever seen.

The environment at Morton buildings is toxic to say the least. Team leads are very rude and unhelpful while upper management knows nothing about the employees or which ones are good workers. Morton buildings feeds off desperate people that do not have a lot of other job opportunities. It matters very little if you do a good job as they view us all the same… replaceable.

Morton is a great company to work for! The employees are all helpful and great to work with! You can move up or around within the company. We’re also an ESOP Company!

This company has always been fair with me in every position I ever held here. In nearly 30 years I have worked several different jobs, and with everything having an incentive benefit you are able to control your own pay.
