For our construction positions the hiring process can take anywhere from 3 to 45 days. This would include interviews and a pre-employment exam. The time it takes to complete the pre-employment physical is usually a result of your medical history so we can confirm that candidates are physically able to perform the functions of the position. The majority (90%) are completed within 5 business days, it is an extreme case that could take up to 45 days.
