We offer a year long training program to entry level hires. There are 4 phases that entry level employees work though in their first year. After they complete each phase of the training they do receive a raise and a bonus. Experienced level hires go through an abbreviated training program with is 6 months in length. After completion of each phase of the training and they are eligible for a bonus. We do offer other training programs throughout the year targeted at employees in various positions (Foreman, Leadman, Experienced and Entry Level). Those hired into a Foreman or Leadman position are typically trained on the job by a more experience Foreman or Leadman. In order to provide that training, some travel may be required during your first couple months of employment.
