Relaxed great environment
Hot or cold
Terrible. No breaks allowed on the job site except for one 30 minute lunch break. You better bring a lunch because they’re not going anywhere for lunch
Hard work great work environment working g with great people! It’s like one big family
Like I own my own company and run my day how I see fit.

Too much hard physical labor definitely too many technological advances to be doing that hard work
Show up at 6:30, arrive at job site by 8, hands on work all day with one break for lunch, done on job site about 5. Back to shop about 6. Home about 630. For this you will be paid 10 hours, while the guy that drives will be paid 11.
