Best place to work.

Best place I ever worked, edging out PwC Consulting, which held the title until I worked for Moser. 99% Great people. Great owner. Mostly great co-workers.

Not diverse, tribal, not different from any other consulting company.

The pay rate is on the high end of the market. The benefits package is very generous. But it is usable only if convenient to either the managers or sales people for you to be away from billing hours. Healthcare is fantastic, but the dental coverage is only good at 3 dentists.They do pay for training, but it must be through an approved supplier. The training is expected to be completed outside production hours or when you are on the bench. When doing work that is related to your skills, you will be challenged. But do not think that is going to last as almost all contracts were fixed bid and duration. If you are on the bench for more than 30 days, you should be worried that you will be terminated without explanation.Communication is something this company does very poorly. They give a monthly status of the company, but not how you are doing. Your career development is only important if it is aligned with their unstated goals. If you don't attend all corporate events you will be alienated. If you are extroverted you will be alienated. If you do not share the same political beliefs with management, you will be alienated. The only way they truly accept any outside candidate is if an employee recommends you to the management. So to get hired you have to have a friend truly promote you. Then it is a matter of if they have work that fits your skill set and is an easy sell to existing clients. Otherwise, you will most likely have better experiences with other IT contracting agencies. There are good people working for this company. If you find your tribe, you will thrive. If you are in any way different from anyone's perception of what you should be, then you will not fit in.

Not a great place to work if you like diversity

Not a diverse workplace, management is lacking and there customers get to dictate who they hire and fire whether you are doing a good job or not if the client does not like you for what ever reason then Moser will fire you and most time the clients do not like MINORITIES!!!

They don't have any clients and if the job was ending, basically you're out the door. They didn't have anything down the pike, so they let me go .....
