Manager was rude when things didn't go her way. When she failed inspection it was everyone else's fault. And poor pay.
Management was terrible and treat staff poorly..Quit do to the stress and lack of hours. When I quit I went to Homewoods Suites a hotel with class that knows how to treat their employees!!!
They let me go because they had a problem with my wife, who worked there too.
Mangement needs to learn how to treat people..

I got to a point where I started to stop caring about people. There were so many people with so many problems and you hear so many stories about their situations then only after about a day or two you see how they live and you understand why they are in the situations that they are in. I didn't want to be numb to people's bad situations and working there was wearing me down. They also change the living arrangements for managers which then made it not worth the daily struggles that you go through each day. The free apartment made it worth going through the struggles you went through each day.
