I agree with a lot of these reasons; thought my GM was great until my illness caught up with me a couple weeks ago, he cut my hours to 7 days a week and threatened to give me a bad reference if I quit. Now that was funny cause he know I am very good at what I do, he has offered me a new position but don't think he should have to pay me any more than what I am getting paid. Moving on.
Management didn't seem to care about anything other then her bonus to many drugs perverts & roaches for me so i put my 2 week notice in a week ago today
Manager was rude when things didn't go her way. When she failed inspection it was everyone else's fault. And poor pay.
Management was terrible and treat staff poorly..Quit do to the stress and lack of hours. When I quit I went to Homewoods Suites a hotel with class that knows how to treat their employees!!!
They let me go because they had a problem with my wife, who worked there too.
Mangement needs to learn how to treat people..
Just got they are mangers they act like if their royalty.
They are far from it...
Too many work hours and no benefits
