The first thing I would do is get people out of the office more talking face to face with the customers building personal relationships..As it sits now, almost all inside sales jobs consists of keying in orders and staring off into cyberspace 8 hours a day, life is not meant to be spent like this, its not healthy, luckily Im an outside guy..And you would have to give each employee more personal space,as it sits now,in most branches..Usually 3 to 5 people will sit behind a computer all day in a one room approximately 10 by 20 feet in diameter, if you dont get along with your coworkers you will hate your job because you are stuck in a room with them 8 to 9 hours a day..
