Hire more nurses to be able to spend more time at the bedside with the patients. Less middle management, because everyone is worried about "satisfied customers". When patients know that you are tending to them instead of pushing them through a revolving door, I feel like they will be more satisfied, hence better scores. If you have 8 pts you can't give attention that they need. PT to nurse ratio is rediculous and needs to be fixed.
