Mouser is a good place if you are someone’s favorite
Stock Control Associate (Current Employee) - Mansfield, TX - June 6, 2023
Mouser can be a wonderful work place. But they have a few bad apples. Sometimes this can cause for a very toxic environment. Some of the management need to lead by example. Some talk down to you and treat you so disrespectfully. And they do show a lot of favoritism. Someone who have been working for the company that know the warehouse like the back of their hands. Would not get a promotion over someone who has just started working less than 6 months. Because if your friends with someone in management you get promoted faster.
Pros
Good benefits good bonuses has PTO
Cons
Management

Too much for too little
Stock Control Specialist (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - May 22, 2023
The only thing I enjoyed about this job was the friends that I made. Mouser doesn't pay nearly enough to compensate for the amount of high-level stress that goes in with meeting the absurd amount of goals and ridiculous standards that's expected of everyone in all departments. They can fire you on the spot if you don't meet their hourly goals or are inactive (aka you've run out of work or have to go all the way across the warehouse to find a bathroom). Everything is based on numbers, so your attitude, skill, experience, does not matter so long as you generate a good report card. Supervisors walk all over you and expect you to break your back for wages you could be making flipping burgers instead. Mouser does not care about its employees and will jump at the opportunity to demote you to janitor work until you quit. It's similar to working at Amazon except Amazon pays better.
Pros
Break rooms are stocked with good food and medicine so you never have to leave, warehouse is air conditioned to an extent, Mouser clinic and gym across the street
Cons
Low pay, mandatory overtime, stressful environment, loud conveyer belt system, loud music over intercom all day, supervisors micromanage and breathe down your neck, near impossible to move up, HR does nothing for you

Good first job position, demanding overtime!
Reciever (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - May 22, 2023
As a first job to have, it was good! But overtime you will be demanded to meet their expectations as your workload expectations are raised as you continue working. I want to say you’re able to work at your own pace, but yet you aren’t in reality. Coworkers and managers are okay. Lunch times and break times are short for how demanding the work can be at sometimes.

The most understanding and caring company I have ever worked for.
SCA Level 2 - Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - May 21, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Mouser is a wonderful company to work and grow with. The management is outstanding with yearly bonuses and competitive salary. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Having to work 10 hours every Monday What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Friendly employees and staff, plus the warehouse is air-conditioned What is a typical day like for you at the company? You work on your own, at your own pase. Picking and shipping orders

Great Workplace!
HR Assistant (Current Employee) - Mansfield, TX - May 19, 2023
Mouser's dedication to people is amazing. Every decision made revolves around how it impacts employees. Great pay, benefits, etc.... Truly a place to work in the DFW area.

On the fence
Stock Control Associate (Current Employee) - Mansfield, TX - April 5, 2023
This job is very reliable. Overtime is almost open up to 12 hours. You can work on your own pace, go to the bathroom or go drink water. However management and h.r can be cruel. I could go into specifics but I won’t. The best thing to do is to go to work and keep to your self. Ps don’t accidentally get hurt because you will be on your own they will fight you every step of the way

Great coworkers/horrible management
Order Picker (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - March 24, 2023
Nothing worth saying that the title hasn’t already said! You can save yourself by looking for a job elsewhere! Your only a number and nothing more at mouser, always disposable, never valued!

It's fun if you have...
Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - February 19, 2023
The rules for productivity is ridiculous and if you give adequate time for leaving the company....they will not pay you what they owe you. If you like sitting behind a desk all day, this is a job for you.
Pros
Working under an awesome manager, their giveaways
Cons
Productivity goals are ridiculous. They let you know if you "aren't fit" for the team, A Lot of favoritism

Good if your starting
Stock Control Associate (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - December 17, 2022
Starting people on the late shift get paid more than veteran employees. Also upper management and some warehouse management does not communicate well with warehouse workers.

Okay place
Level 3 Stock Control Associate (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - December 5, 2022
It’s an okay place to work. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’d like a life outside of work. There’s always mandatory overtime but not for all areas and sometimes they schedule it and it’s not even necessary when you could be home with your family.

Excellent staff

Supervisors are helpful everyday. I never worked for a company where everyone was so nice. He company wants everyone to succeed in their job. Advancement is always available if you put forth the effort. Super company.

Fast paced and stressful
Reciever (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - November 5, 2022
If you can’t work quick and efficiently, this is not the place for you. Rules are very strict and management almost always are hypocritical about them. They’ll tell you not to talk or anything but you’ll see management and coordinators chatting it up and laughing amongst each other for nearly an hour not doing anything. There’s a lot of drama in the work place as well. The only way to advance in this place is by getting buddy buddy with the higher ups or if you know people in higher positions. Overall, wouldn’t recommend working here to anybody.
Pros
Pay is good, 401k
Cons
Drama, hard to get promoted

Productive
Stock Associate (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - September 30, 2022
Decent work environment. Co workers are nice but the management needs work. The pay is way under in todays economy. New people come in and get paid what people who have been here for years get paid.

Alright
Material Handler (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - September 22, 2022
Cool hours. Would be better if all supervisors were as cool as mine was. Pay could be a little better but its manageable. Not alot room for advancement.
