Favoritism and unsuccessful ness
Order Picker (Current Employee) - Mansfield, TX - October 14, 2021
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedIf your not favorited you don’t move to better positions. The pay is decent but for what you put up with and other competing e jobs, you should get paid more here. Benefits are good though. Managers belittle you and don’t help you with your numbers to succeed at this job, all they care about is the work; when we have it that is. Lots of people have quit because of the managers but nothing gets done.
Cons
Favoritism

The most understanding and caring company I have ever worked for.
SCA Level 2 - Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - May 21, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Mouser is a wonderful company to work and grow with. The management is outstanding with yearly bonuses and competitive salary. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Having to work 10 hours every Monday What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Friendly employees and staff, plus the warehouse is air-conditioned What is a typical day like for you at the company? You work on your own, at your own pase. Picking and shipping orders

Order Picker positionsGreat coworkers/horrible management

Nothing worth saying that the title hasn’t already said! You can save yourself by looking for a job elsewhere! Your only a number and nothing more at mouser, always disposable, never valued!

Inclusive and respectful work environment
Order Selector (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - October 4, 2021
Great place to work management makes sure you’re doing well. Mouser cares about your well being and has tons of great benefits. The pay isn’t the best but it’s doable considering all the other benefits
Pros
Clinic, free gym, great management.
Cons
Pay isn’t the best

Started out decent but, downward spiraled real quick.
Order Picker (Current Employee) - Mansfield, TX - September 12, 2021
There’s no better feeling than being micromanaged by multiple people from multiple shifts. Even personnel you’ve never met in a different section of the warehouse has some kind of smart aleck remark for you every so often. Unless you’re a favorite in this place, don’t ever think you’ll get promoted because it will never happen. It used to be a decent place to work but, upper management decided that making $3B, yes, BILLION dollars isn’t good enough. It is however, good enough to get a company t shirt to wear bragging about it and an ice cream bar courtesy of Blue Bell. This is an absolute cesspool to work in, stay away from this place.
Pros
I leave early
Cons
Work there and find out what a nightmarish place it is to work.

Chaos
Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - August 22, 2021
When I first started I did enjoy working here, however the managers (not all of them) do play a lot of favoritism and many coworkers likes to create drama. Other than the favoritism and the lack of respect it was alright to work there as long as you’re not a woman. :T

Good Place to Get Experience, Make Money
Warehouse Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - August 19, 2021
I loved working here. It’s the easiest job I’ve had so far (maybe because I was working in the ESD area), your supervisors and managers are understanding and they don’t scream at you to pull a certain number of orders like some other companies do. They just give you a goal and you try your best to reach it (they give you a quality report every week). You can come to them for any help. Pay is fair I guess, I wouldn’t know because I hadn’t worked in a warehouse before this one. Only negative is that for some of their policies especially regarding COVID, they don’t really listen to their employees and their suggestions via WorkJam (they may address your concerns most of the time but sometimes they’ll delete your comment but they just do their own thing without trying to implement what we request). They have a Which Wich on site and a convenience store in the breakrooms that are pricier than your average 7 Eleven but I digress. Another negative is that it does get boring and repetitive after a while and you barely talk to anyone but it beats working customer service by a mile, if that’s your thing.
Pros
Free prizes and snacks, sometimes. Good benefits, Pto, can listen to music in the warehouse.
Cons
Don’t listen to concerns regarding COVID policy, gets repetitive after a while

Brutal Schedule
Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - July 6, 2021
Overall I never really had a bad day because the work was actually pretty easy and the pull rates get easier to achieve but the work schedule is hard on both you and your family. They are very strict on maintaining your assigned schedule. Every new hire is basically assigned the midday shift 11:30am-8:30pm. 10 hour Mondays and the lovely rotating mandatory/voluntary overtime Saturdays. Mind you there will be times when your working till 9:15pm (usually the latest for midday) on a Friday but expect you back to work at 3:00am. My wife had health complications and I had to jump through hoops to get them to change my schedule to where I could perform my duties and still be at home.
Pros
Pto, Benefits, Occasional free lunches, Easy work
Cons
Pay(depending on your shift), Terrible Schedule

Environment good . Job not so much.
Order Selector (Current Employee) - Mansfield, TX - March 25, 2021
Job incredibly mundane . There not much motivation to work . They offer overtime for any cash you might need . Take average four years to move up . Mandatory 10 hour shift Monday are killer if your the mid shift. No time to do anything . Suggest morning shift.

Horrible place
Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - January 2, 2021
They don’t care about you or your family! It’s all about what you can do for them. They want you there even if you are sick and forget about any emergency that may arise. To get any time off is like pulling teeth and the answer will usually be no. Horrible place to work

It's an ok place to work , just don't get sick.
Most of the staff is friendly
The restaurants are a bit pricey
The coolers need to be worked on, they leak and they need to be bigger, and the doors sometimes don't close all the way.

They can do better
Order Puller (Former Employee) - Mansfield, TX - June 14, 2018
Just the racist act and practice in there by the supervisor and his team will go a long way to destroy the image of Mouse Electronics. The management need to be informed through my 2nd statement and weigh it on both side and prevent future conflicts between the said supervisor and other employees.
