Great place to work but minimal security
Written by MOC & Networking Operations (Former Employee) from Portland, OR on January 7, 2019
I'd say the first thing that stood out to me as I worked with Mozilla was the fact that every other day an E-Mail would go out about someone leaving, some of which were rather passive aggressive and clearly sent by people with no interest in leaving.

Mozilla is another cool company that tarnishes itself with a huge reliance on contracted workers.

Lot of techies and great atmosphere for projects
Written by Analytics Consultant (Former Employee) from California on February 27, 2019
Projects shift dynamically, and in that sense, it was fast-paced. But teams are distributed and so there is no requirement to be on-site.
Great relaxed culture.
Pros
Free lunches, and great snacks and ability to work from home, offsite
Cons
Since work is online, sometimes requires you to move from meeting to meeting and travel often for offsite meetings
