Long hours without adequate help to complete the job in a timely manner. You either work 12 plus hours at the RDC or or bust your tail to get out of there in 10 hours. No life outside of work.

We are, mostly, small task saturated team. Now projects don't stop coming in and someone has to do them

Work load per employee is very heavy. Meeting goals to reach 100% of your incentives can be very challenging but also pushes the employee to always work hard.
