They will soon be facing a lower skilled work force and I predict lawsuits if not already. If you follow their history they have failed in multiple states before entering Texas market--maybe a few years before owners right hand drives it all into the ground.
They will not be lasting in the long run unless leadership changes -- especially leadership that has been traveling across Texas trying to "fix" everything.
I hope the leadership changes or they will not keep good employees.
