Management is extremely of poor quality. They pretend to care about their associates and absolutely do not. They only care about giving you more work, no credit for it and extremely minimal growth opportunity.

It is a very stressful environment, as you are constantly micro-managed with everything. The culture is not what MSC conveys it is, as there are so many politics and back door games constantly going on. Poor company plain and simple.
