Management is extremely of poor quality. They pretend to care about their associates and absolutely do not. They only care about giving you more work, no credit for it and extremely minimal growth opportunity.

The pay isn't Great and your experience doesn't count in to help get great pay others with far less experience get more pay. Sad

Horrible AR compensation plan, no reimbursement for mileage or car allowance while demanding higher sales with the automotive expense coming out of the reps pocket. Managers not held accountable and like others have said, they run off people with experience that could pose a threat to their positions.

Young operation managers seemed to be very intimidated by someone who had more experience then they had. They try to intimidate you by hollering and disrespecting the associates. If management could not control you they would do what they could to get you fired.

Got the boot because I was disabled and had to find a way to get me out the door after a long time of service.

The pay is horrible. Upper management changes like the wind paying less and expecting more. At one point they gave company cars- not any longer. There is no mileage reimburse.

Left to make more money, and to stop selling there junk of a vending machine. Oh yea they want 60k for a big brother vending machine when the other competitors just install and give vending for free.
