Revamp your management team just because someone has been in your company for a long time does not qualify them as managers. Some managers are using this role as a platform to execute unfair practices two other employees. They are not open 2 people's opinions or ideas and I'm trying to make you feel as though you are beneath them or you are somewhat incompetent. They do not listen at all and that's not what good managers do.
