Be more accessible and visible to the actual company and staff, instead of traveling and visiting less impactful business units for the company’s bridge site. Realize the impact cost cutting / restructuring has on morale across all units. Be aware there are a lot of otherwise questionable actions of poor character and ethics being made by longtime, senior managers in an abuse of power. The bank needs stronger product capabilities to be credible in the market.
Terrible, very toxic. No regard for work life balance. No accountability at the MD and above level.
