Not a good spot for technical customer-facing staff
Consultant (Current Employee) – HQ – May 13, 2017
If you are a consultant (and I guess also an architect), your agenda is slammed with mandatory sales-related assignments you really don't need (over-repeated and overwhelming), this hindering your capability to keep up with the skills you need to do YOUR job. This not only makes your life miserable (you continuously end up working in your spare time), but it is also dangerous for your technical career development, since a lot of time is spent on useless stuff, instead of on improving your skills. Note: this brainwashing-like culture affects heavily not only the onboarding process, but also your company life all the way.
interesting technology, salary
technical profiles' careers hindered, very poor work/life balance, hostile workplace
Excellent company with the highest caliber colleagues
Account Development Executive (Current Employee) – Atlanta, GA – November 21, 2016
MuleSoft is positioned to take over the new market of API-led connectivity. With over $500 billion spent globally on integration, MuleSoft offers the only solution which drives 300%-500% greater efficiency in delivering new IT assets. Work with some of the most capable and intelligent people you will ever meet. Since this is one of the fastest growing software companies in the history of SaaS, it offers a phenomenal opportunity to grow, contribute, and make money, but it is also one of the most challenging jobs you will ever have. The growth, change, and uncertainty make it a challenging company to work for with constant changes to work-flow, processes, and targets. This is not a cruise ship job; this is a rocket ship!
Great culture, people, benefits/pay, and opportunity for growth
Tech Startup with tangible, solid enterprise-changing products
Solution Engineer (Current Employee) – San Francisco – January 17, 2013
If you want to work for a tech startup that offers solid, tangible products that are actually being deployed and changing the enterprise IT landscape, then MuleSoft will be perfect for you.
The best thing about MuleSoft is the people and the culture. Like most tech startups, MuleSoft only hires smart people but unlike many tech startups, all the people here are nice and really team-oriented.
And the second best thing is the products, which one can easily find out more from just googling around.
satisfaction from working with strong products. great people. good culture.
work schedule can be hectic and disorganized, like any high growth startups.
