Productive, loyal, accomodating
I have never worked at a place where I felt like the owners care as much as they do at Multi-clean. Every single person in management wants you to succeed and loves you as if you were their own family. The work isn't easy, it's challenging and engaging in many ways but the rewards far outweigh any other company I've worked for. It's a growing company and that can be ever-changing but if you focus and lean on the wonderful culture they've built over 30 years, you'll find things much easier. From both a personal and employee point of view, this place is unique and anyone would be lucky to be a part of the team here.

Great work enviroment
I love working for this company. I feel Im valued as a person. It's more of a family environment. The owners are amazing people and they have our back. 100% recommend working for Multi-Clean.

Management is poor with no structure.
You will be lucky to actually learn anything about the jobs you are doing, because you wont be trained to do it, you are hired help for the only guy that knows what he is doing in operations. Management has no structure to help you succeed, if they need you to do something they will show you right there and not before, no run down of equipment or practices you just get in the vehicle and go. No work life balance you are on a 24 hour scheduling, meaning no way you can even make plans in your life when you can be scheduled at anytime within a 24 hour window. Sundays are their only company wide days off, the office people will get weekends off at least but anyone else just gets a guaranteed Sunday, meaning you could work 6 days a week. Also your hours will say 10am to 6pm for 5 days, you are like great hours. But then you will work until midnight and get it done in two days most of the time. No benefits for finishing a job early than normal time, you are just out of hours or have to many with to many days. We have worked 16 hour shifts for 4 days and had to go to another job for two more days after. You will be worked to death or be off for a week with no time.
