Used to be extremely busy but the work slowed down and lay-offs were inevitable. Great people work there but upper management seems detached from the work culture. The hardest part of the job was not knowing when a project would come to the studio and scrambling last-minute to find artists to stay and work overtime. The most enjoyable part of the job - more ... was learning quite a bit about the print industry and Adobe applications. - less
