Stay away
Manager (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLNovember 27, 2018
A typical day at work includes 5 different directions from 5 different bosses. The company's sole purpose is to maintain the lucrative lifestyle of the owners. No profit sharing. Incentive bonuses only given to the chosen few. Promises will not be kept. You will plateau and go somewhere else.
Pros
Family atmosphere
Cons
Greedy, distracted, confused bosses

Minimum support from main office
Project Engineer (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLOctober 26, 2018
Minimum resources and support are provided to employees not working out of the main office. The pay is good but you are not put in a position to succeed. Financially you have to fight for everything you earn, nothing is giving. They have a mandatory annual bonus, but if they feel you dont deserve it; you will not receive it! Very frustrating.
Pros
Pay is good
Cons
No upper management structure, Bonuses are a lie

Not bad first couple years but went downhill fast
Foreman (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXMay 24, 2018
Poor planning by upper management really hindered this company. Always playing behind the eight-ball and had no real strategic plan of attack. Bit off way more than they could chew in a short amount of time.
Pros
Work environment, benefits
Cons
Upper management, short staffed

The Texas division could be a great company but management is horrible
Operator (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXJune 22, 2017
Overall the company is just completely unorganized, the turnover rate is very high, I don't see this company staying in Texas for long because the quality of the work is not that good. Although they pay decent it's not worth dealing with the riff raff. Safety was a big thing here although they don't think so in all areas (just some) if you need general industry experience this would be a place to go but take everything you learn elsewhere and then polish and learn things the right way at a different company. the big joke everyone always said here was we do everything twice or three times around here (it's true) not trying to steer you away from this company just want to give an actual insight so you know what your looking forward too
Pros
Pay is decent sometimes more than other companies
Cons
Unorganized with High turnover rate which is a trickle effect on everybody

Operator/Driver (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLApril 15, 2016
I felt that upper management really wants things to go smoothly, and will reward employees who help in that regard. Being construction, job security is pretty low, but if you work hard, they may offer a position at another job. Pay for non management, is fair for this area, they use a lot of temporary workers who receive no benefits.
Pros
Feel like you are accomplishing something, being outside.
Cons
Could get boring if doing something repetitive.
