Staffing ratios and vascular access and wound care teams are phenomenal. Management is disengaged and distant with employees, especially after the creation of the union. Employee morale and culture is poor due to continuous turmoil with the union creation. Staff to patient ratios 1:3 on critical care and cardiac and 1:5 on noncritical care units.
