Fast pase and overall fun place to work

What I enjoy most about working at Muriale's is getting the chance to interact with the public, as well as working as a member of a team in a very fast pace, busy establishment. Muriale's is very well known for it being located in the small town of Fairmont, WV, so I am grateful for the opportunities it has given me as both a server and a manager.

Very little going for Employees

The Only thing good is the food and the back of the house employees and the customers. The managers are awful, picking favorites, deciding If you can take 2 or 3 table sections

A second family

Working for Muriale's was like being a part of a family. I worked there for 6 years through high school and some college. The work is hard, but you are rewarded fairly. Definitely worth it!

fast pace well orginised and put together

over all it was a nice experience i enjoyed my time working there and the people i worked with the food is very good wonderful flavor and all the workers are friendly people a real family environment

Productive and fun workplace

Go in and do your job to the best of your abilities. The food is great, the owner and his staff really bring it all together. Insurance would be nice!
