Mgmt is more concerned with keeping employee costs down, than staffing adequately for customers and employees. One person works, what is clearly, a 2 person shift for closing, yet mgmt shifts are usually covered by 2 or more ppl. Mgmt isnt receptive to suggestions for certain issues that concern the store running smoothly. We're often short staffed, as employees quit by the handful often. Twice this location has moved to restricted hours, due to lack of staff. Ppl call in often and reliable staff is rewritten into the schedule to cover someone elses shift. We are often basically on call on days off, and have no choice but to cover call-ins or no shows, for low wages. Closers are required to sign away breaks and meal breaks.

Stays pretty busy for the most part, Management for the most part isn't that bad, it's our district manager that I really don't care for. The job itself isn't too bad it's just dealing with the public that can be challenging at times. I do like my co-workers though. The pay could be a little bit better. Most of the time we are by ourselves especially during our busy times like evenings.

Loved the job. The manager had no clue how to train new hires. No organization skills. No consequences for being late leaving early or not showing up at allOther than the issues above. It wasn't a hard jobID still be there if my issues were taken seriously

Only store manager have all the holidays & weekend off. So they make assistant manager work them. Then assistant manager doesn’t get 401k or anything. I feel like the assistant manager get used most of the time. And then we don’t get sick time and I been with the company 3 years and I’m getting shift lead pay. And we don’t get bathroom breaks or lunch breaks.
