Busy day scheduling medical staff
Written by Office Coordinator (Former Employee) from Murray, KY on February 27, 2019
My typical day as the office manager for MCCH Home Health was very busy. I worked as the front desk secretary, scheduled/payroll for 88 employees. Keyed in doctor visit data for all patients, and ran reports. It was a good workplace culture, but very hectic, as any medical job can be. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with a wonderful staff.
Pros
Benefits and getting to work 4-10 hour days to get a 3 day weekend.
Cons
I was only paid as a secretary level even though I was managing the department.
