If you want to have zero value and work ungodly hours with no appreciation, then this is the place for you. I went from being the most cheerful upbeat person to having my smile worked off of my face. There are allot of things that could be easily fixed but they choose not to fix them and expect you to work miracles with zero support. Steer clear of MUY, if you are smart. But if you just need a job,then they will always have plenty of open positions.

On call all the time, pressured to work not clocked in on days off to meet goals. You are basically pushed into no life. First texts from supervisor start at 8am, even on your days off. Miserable existence.

As a RGM you work long hours. Your shift managers make basically the same thing you do. You only make your base salary even if you work 80 hours. This company is not worth the stress it brings on to you. They will hire you back in a heartbeat if you're in a bad area because they cannot find people that want to work for them.

There are patient and understanding employers. The management is awesome. The work place is full of fun and neat. The hardest part of the job is in multi tasking; you keep an eye on computer screens, as you work on current orders while serving customers.

As a former GM in can tell you do not work for this company. Other Wendys franchises may be different but stay away from MUY. You are overworked and underpaid. They kept cutting hours that you could use to staff the store. Lack of training for new managers and would throw them into stores and wouldn't last. Bonus lol what bonus. You bust your butt for a couple hundred dollars then they tax it 40% and hold 20% that you will see in December. If you leave quit before that you don't see any of that 20% at all. You are just a number to this company.

Delivering pizzas is basically the entire job, staying at work till midnight isn't too bad. Well organized store, though the communication between employees was poor. The regional manager had no trouble cussing out any of her managers, new store managers were hired and cycled through quickly, no one wanted to stay too long.
