Productive and fun place to work.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Texas - September 6, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedIt was fun, great team and money was good. Until they let us go because the program misled a lot of customers. It was great while it lasted. I was glad to be part of it.

grew too fast
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Remote - September 21, 2023
There are some good people most left - they tried to be in all 50 states in under / 1 year - it was too fast - they have an interesting model - potential customers are interested - some qualify some do not.

Licensed Realtor (Former Employee) - Cape Coral, FL - August 17, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The staff worked well together in an extremely chaotic and uncertain environment. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Too many chief not enough Indian. If at any time the file your are working on is in question, 6 different managers will message you the same frantic questions none realizing they are all doing the same thing which prevents you from actually competing the task at hand because you are upstanding 6 different people. No organization or efficiency. Frantic chaos for no reason. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Fun and chaotic. Messy and extremely unpredictable.

Good for the time being
Realtor (Former Employee) - Virginia - July 25, 2023
Good for the time being, I made good money while helping sellers access quick cash. The concept was great; however, being a pioneer company sometimes has its drawbacks to work through.

Great company- do not believe nay sayers
Real Estate Broker (Former Employee) - Remote - June 15, 2023
I have worked here for over a year. They are fair, competitive and innovative. Recently slammed in the press by clients who breeched their contracts otherwise they are a solid agency with great management and staff. Great benefits after 90 days, good commission splits and never have I been denied or questioned re: time off / sick time.
Pros
Competitive Pay, Great Work/ Life Balance, Benefits, Remote
Cons
Layoffs due to their major program being put on hiatus. Negative/ Erroneous Press

I really enjoyed this job. I had to leave for personal reasons, but I would definitely work here again.
Transfer Specialist (Former Employee) - Remote - May 24, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Remote with decent pay. Time off when needed. Overtime was optional. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? I didn’t find this job stressful. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Teamwork was incorporated. Team meetings and training weren’t optional. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Call 450+ leads per day. 1 hour lunch.

Don't work for them
Transfer specialist (Former Employee) - Florida - May 11, 2023
Unprofessional, lacked communication, supervisors were rude and definitely played favorites. Had us lying to customers. Pay was decent but not worth the batter you get from some of the supervisors or people you'll calling

Unhinged
Benefits Specialist (Former Employee) - Remote - March 18, 2023
Lots of cold calling and they fire people within the first week of hiring them. They say it’s two weeks training but it’s more like half a week. They care about numbers and not people.

Avoid at all costs
Real Estate Agent (Former Employee) - California - March 9, 2023
Working from home and then paying you a draw on commission might sound appealing, but they have deceptive practices. Your reputation will be tarnished associating yourself with this company. Better to look elsewhere.

Competitive Learning Environment
Realtor (Current Employee) - Tacoma, WA - February 16, 2023
MV Realty provides a lot of support for their staff at all levels. Great paced work environment with interactive upper management. It can be a dynamic working experience however.

Working with this company got my license cancelled
Appointment Setter (Former Employee) - New York, NY - February 7, 2023
BEWARE RE AGENTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Working with these people got my Real Estate licensed revoked. Do your research no matter how bad you need the money! All they do is lie and the draw pay it's also a lie. When you ask management about the draw pay they never give a clear answer, instead a very vague answer or say they will look into it and never get back to you. Management it's very unprofessional as well.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Everything about this company

Working with these people got my license CANCELLED!!!
Appointment Setter (Former Employee) - New York, NY - February 7, 2023
BEWARE REAL ESTATE AGENTS!!!!!! WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE GOT MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE. Look up all the complaints from clients and people before you make a decision, no matter how bad you need the money. They lie about many things... From quality of leads to the draw pay and when you do ask management about the draw they have a very vague, tricky answer. Management is the worst!
Pros
None
Cons
Everything

An Okay remote position
Transfer Specialist (Appointment Setter) (Former Employee) - Remote - January 31, 2023
Decent hours and great pay but overall management had a bunch of miscommunications. With being a remote position, a lot of information would be missed.
Pros
Pay, hours, remote position, breaks during the day
Cons
new employees will be the first to go

Not a good company (REMOTE)
Transfer Specialist (Former Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - January 29, 2023
Use you and fire you if you don’t meet their expectations. No real training no real dedication and potential. Just want to see if your worth keeping in their company and will let you go asap. very easy good money no cap but i’d use them first for it how they gon use you and see how it goes

Not bad
Transfer Specialist/Support (Former Employee) - Massachusetts - January 25, 2023
Not bad pay is okay. Hours are great and a steady schedule. Just your average customer support job. Not a lot of benefits. Had issues with paychecks and such.

Nice people but very disorganized.
Title Examiner (Former Employee) - Delray Beach, FL - January 19, 2023
Support after training is barely existent. Wages are competitive. Management is all over the place and says they are there for you but are always in meetings so never really there to help. Make sure you get as many details about how long your position will last. I met goals and helped above and beyond and mine only lasted 4 months.
Pros
competitive wage, remote work, work/life balance is understood
Cons
ongoing training doesn't exist, very hard to get questions answered, may not last long if the owner decides to cut your program

Remote/Flexible hours/Work not guaranteed
Realtor/Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Remote - January 17, 2023
Working remote with flexible hours with an online support team is a plus. As a real estate agent, you're commissioned on HBA sales. The more hours you work, the more likely you will get a sale. Most days you feel like a telemarketer if you are only doing HBA sales. It can become redundant, it's best to bring in home sales.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Telemarketing feel
