Get rid of the incompetent team leaders and their boss in the phx division. Their work-transcripts are horrible and yet they judge very competent monitors. HR needs to doing some before there is a lawsuit. The whole management team is incompetent. Act now HR!!!

Look out for the officers by taking better care of them. Also it would be nice to have a Human Resources office or person here all the time so officer can turned in papers instead of having to do everything thru the internet.
I would make sure each and every applicant go through a Physical Agility Examination before being hired. MOST of the officers are out of shape and look absolutely disgusting in his/her uniform. All must be able to complete these requirements before being hired:
1. Push-ups (25)
2. 1.5 run
4. Sit-ups (30)
5. MMPI Test
I would make sure that my f/t hrly employess are getting their hours since there are so many more p/t’ers. The call center should be made aware of some f/t not making 40wkly. That f/t need their hours when trip amounts declines also biases or favoritism should be set aside by way of call center supervisor doing their job right. This is a major sign of favoritism when one is continually doing same trips back to back or is p/t and making 30+ but f/t not nearly. Common sense should prevail but when supervisors become complacent you get degradation of morale and loyalty to the company. Hope this helps.
