Decent workplace, it seemed like all anyone cared about was making more sales instead of actually trying to help someone find a good deal for their money.

The management of this company will find any way possible to cheat you of hard earned rewards. They will fight you tooth and nail for every scrap of compensation and expect a thank you for fixing a problem they caused deliberately. They take advantage of their workers and cheat their customers. The work environment is highschool on steroids. They will lie to you, to your face and cheat you until you catch them.

Owners are very much involved, I see them every other day. High energy and positive work place, ownership and management really care about you. I have worked at several dealerships and feel the most valued here. They recognize talent and provide opportunity for growth. Great pay and benefits, you get 2 weeks paid vacation to start along with 401k match. Facility is outdated, however, they have plans to upgrade within the year to a brand new facility.

I understand that this is an auto sales position, and it requires long hours; but I felt drained every single day. It seemed like everyone else was getting leads thrown at them multiple times a day; whereas I would get MAYBE one a week. Management can get very pushy with customers who need time to think about their purchasing. I lost a number of sales due to this. I would call them the next day after they came in; and they would say that they loved me and my sales approach. They would have bought from me if not for the manager who came after and tried to push them into buying a car without being given time to think. I understand that this is can be critical to getting a sale, but I don't feel like management trusted me when I would tell them that the customer really DID need another day to think about things.Competition between sales reps was very cutthroat as well. I would have customers who would come looking for me while I was there and not busy. They would get taken and the sale would be lost.During slow periods when there were no customers unassisted and nothing else to do, I would constantly be told to go outside and grab customers in the lot. Also, if you identify as anywhere left of moderate politically, you will not have a good time. The management and a good chunk of the staff is VERY right wing. I felt very uncomfortable with how often politics would be discussed. I tried to stay out of it, but I would be singled out because they knew that I identified as a Democrat and liberal. I WILL say that the owner genuinely cares about the staff. He would show up often and would always make sure to stop by and ask how I was doing. Also, their community involvement is second to none. There is always some sort of donation drive going on, and they give back frequently.

Don’t believe the hype, owners are never around to help manage. Out dated facility which they are not willing to spend the money to make it a decent place to work.
