I learned a great deal about how the real estate industry uses Multiple Listing Services in maintaining accurate listing data. In my time in the IT department I worked with various real estate associations and vendors to ensure data flowed properly into our system. While head of the Support Center my focus shifted to customer service and making sure team was efficient with support issues.
