I have been with the company for 3 years. I learned a lot from the management and the doctors. I started as a PSC and then a Tech. While each day was not sprinkles and cupcakes, when I did have struggles my management and corporate team did work with me. I even went out on a medical leave, and even though I had challenges coming back to work, when I did come back to work my accommodations were met, and I was able to be successful. I felt like a part of a team, and built a family. I plan on taking advantage of the opportunity to gain certifications and be reimbursed (a perk little know about).

Unrealistic Expectations - Senior Management wants MORE MORE MORE from current employees but rejects budget requests for adequate staffing. Continuously adds more to the staff plate of responsibilities. Turnover is so high in the office because the good people are being over worked due to inadequate staffing. Patients complain of ill mannered staff because the staff morale is low. Entry Level and Mid-level management are overworked and stressed and leaving the company due to low morale and the lack of work life balance.
