Unrealistic Expectations - Senior Management wants MORE MORE MORE from current employees but rejects budget requests for adequate staffing. Continuously adds more to the staff plate of responsibilities. Turnover is so high in the office because the good people are being over worked due to inadequate staffing. Patients complain of ill mannered staff because the staff morale is low. Entry Level and Mid-level management are overworked and stressed and leaving the company due to low morale and the lack of work life balance.
Change management at the call center. Make is more professional.

Actually listen to your employees and quit allowing DMs to jam pack the schedule full when your offices do not have enough staff.
Stop growing so fast. Help make the offices perfect and flow better. Start at the distribution center and work up. Fire people who don’t want to work, just comes to work to barely work or to socialize and collect a paycheck. That brings down your good workers. Make sure people are fully trained before letting them go on their own and upper management shouldn’t ask an associate to do their job.
Close under performing stores. Have you managers do the hiring for their offices instead of DMs. Hire more associates. Hire more doctors. Stop opening new offices. Focus on what you have. Perfect them. THEN open more.

Actually listen to your employees about what would help make their store better if they are acquired! Dont jerk employees around with not enough staff so that they cant function properly everyday. Think more about the pay you offer a new employee vs what someone that already works for you makes!
