Stop growing so fast. Help make the offices perfect and flow better. Start at the distribution center and work up. Fire people who don’t want to work, just comes to work to barely work or to socialize and collect a paycheck. That brings down your good workers. Make sure people are fully trained before letting them go on their own and upper management shouldn’t ask an associate to do their job.
Close under performing stores. Have you managers do the hiring for their offices instead of DMs. Hire more associates. Hire more doctors. Stop opening new offices. Focus on what you have. Perfect them. THEN open more.
