Not the best place to work but not the worst either. The work itself, as with many other jobs, is depressingly repetitive - but it gets you paid. Though they seem to be good people, there is not much interaction with management at all. When I worked there, I saw management about 5-10% of the time. For people who don't like micromanaging and who want the freedom to be themselves, this a pro; but this lack of interaction - or communication - can lead to a dysfunctional workplace because there is no leadership (good workers may end up doing most of the work with no recognition.). It can be hard to verify with management that you are as good of a workers as you say you are (such as when negotiating for raises) when they don't take that much time out of the day to go out on the floor to see it themselves (but they rely on your coworkers word.). But being that management is also very relaxed, and after you've put enough time in there, they will likely give you a raise after your first year (even if you are a worker who just puts moderate effort in.). The work culture is okay: you either fit in or you don't. As with management, most of the people there seem to be good people - some you may relate with more than others - but if you happen to be a unique individual who tries to stay out of the drama of the world (such as politics or religion), than this place (with some of the people that work there currently) may not be right for you. Pros

Hour lunch for people who work in the warehouse, Pto, they pay out your PTO when you leave, Free Life Insurance, they offer other insurance as well, paid holidays, free company clothes, occasionally they give out free food, relaxed work environment, and perhaps more.

Cons

Poor leadership, dysfunctional, repetitive.

Bad Work/life balance and Bad Management

Manager and specially the assistance manager doesn't know how to manage people. They will not support you in anything. The assistance manager lacks experience and training. He change his mind/opinion every second. he will overload you with work at any moment. The employees in the warehouse and drivers will make the place an good and funny place to work, with them you will get loyalty and support. The company is a toxic workplace. Has High turnover rates, in less that seven months 12 employees quit.They will hire you quickly but you will get frustrated quick.If you ever work here make it just temporary.

What is the best part of working at the company?It’s an easy job that anyone can do. There is no productivity like other warehouse where u have to make rate. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?You get overworked if your a really hard worker. They will have u do a 3 person job, and rules, promotions are based are race. People get treated different based on your race. Not an equal employment. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Easy to GT along with the workers. People like to joke around to make the day more fun. What is a typical day like for you at the company?It can be busy at work but there are some days that there is nothing to do.

fast paced none stop. little to no respect from company or customers. always go, go, go. Only break time was when out on a delivery run so those took as long as possible. customer always complaining about late deliveries.

The job is not hard just trying to do yours and everyone else's. I have been here 9 months and I still had no 90 day or any review for a raise at all. I been working hard since day one they tell me they recognize it but no pay raise reward.

What is the best part of working at the company?Great crew and supervision. Everyone works together towards the same goal. Teamwork is rare almost everywhere, so when you get it, you appreciate. Pay is fair, no complaints. Great place to work. You have specific duties assigned to you and you are expected to perform them properly, every product every day. Nobody stands over your shoulder and harasses you. You are taught the proper procedures then you execute them. Which is a very pleasant stress free way to work

Not a great place to work

Do not work here this place is awful and not run properly. They over work you and the pay is not worth it. Management is very poorly. Don’t expect any help while working there you won’t get it. The work conditions in there suck. They are short staffed and there’s a reason why a lot of people quit after the first day being there.

Decent place to work. Co workers were the best part of the job. Great guys. Management is cool. The pay was okay. They should definitely pay more for the driver that's had no accidents or complaints. Routes are super easy. 1 big negative for me was when they cut overtime. Overall not a bad place to work.

Poor support from corporate, high turnover, low accountability

One thing about this company is they tell you that there is a lot of room to grow. They’re looking for permanent people that want to find a career but yet the pay is low and they don’t like to give your reviews and raises that are owed.. They can’t seem to keep employees or managers for long periods of time. Stressful work environment.
