Staring at 8 in the morning I helped people on the phone with their computer questions and their issues with the genealogical program.
There was a staff of 5 under my management who worked together very well.
In 4 years I was responsible of the hiring and firing of some co workers.
The hardest part of the job was talking to customers who had limited knowledge of a computer.
On the whole, it was enjoyable atmosphere to work in..
