I was given the opportunity to advance to the plant training cordinator position but wasn't compensated due to economics.
The hardest part of the job was the ever changing operations schedule due to pending plant start ups, management was an awesome team and receptive to new ideals. I was able to increase my knowledge with Excel and use it to better - more ... streamline tracking plant training along with monthly and yearly reporting on progress to managers. - less
ProsOpportunity to due what I do best
