The non-management coworkers are great
A typical day at work at Prudhoe Bay is cleaning up after baboons and children. I learned that there is really no advancement in the housekeeping department. Management is bad at micro managing and does not have the best interest of its workers intended. The workplace culture is stress overall. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the stressful - more... expectations of management, to get things done when there is not enough time and not enough staff to do it. The pay for the amount of work expected is laughably way too low, to the point of indentured servitude.
