Great Company to work for
Lead Manufacturing Research Associate (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WAJune 9, 2018
An excellent company to work for, fast paced and challenging work. Good management structure and opportunities for advancement. Benefits package is better than most I have seen and you can tell they actually care about you as individual not just another cog in the wheel.
Pros
Great Benefits, Challenging Work, Excellent Coworkers
Cons
Communication among groups could be better. Still some growing pains.

Nice people to work with; work life balance really depends on the team. Sometime there is lack of communication and not transparency within the company. Need to improve in salary

High turnover in manufacturing
Current employee (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WAFebruary 23, 2018
A high turnover rate in the manufacturing department has caused new employees to be under trained and stressed to begin actual testing or perform procedures before feeling 100% competent. Management puts pressure on employees to train and perform faster and is quick to voice criticism when employees make a mistake.

Be prepared for working long hours, flexing your schedule and being underpaid for the high stress and uneven work/life balance. Although the turnover may be temporary, management needs to address the issues of why employees are considering to leave.
Pros
Full benefits, lots of snacks
Cons
Not enough pay for required hours and efforts

Great company, terrible management
Rotten in Foundation North (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WAFebruary 13, 2018
Great company but some of its management has no business acumen. They foster an emergency mode of operation. Changes are are one-sided and rolled out on the fly. Execution of some processes is just borderline unethical. Then there's the powertripping middle management primarily to blame for the recent high turnover.
Pros
medical/dental/vision, 401k, stock option, friday treats, occasional free meals, annual picnic, oktoberfest, holiday party
Cons
management with poor people skills, siloed culture

Company runs in emergency mode all the time. Products are launched without support documentation. Sales forecasts were way off. Upper management changing again.
