Listen to the floors input more , obviously not everyone should have a say, but there are some great ideas and fresh thoughts. People who are on the floor 40-50 hrs a week see a different vision than someone who walks through a few times a week. (Respectfully)

Take care of the crew better and see what THEY need, is sad lots of the old people who actually care for the place and built things from the ground up are either leaving or planning on it. Really changes the work flow and moral when those kinda people are gone
