The most useful review selected by Indeedno organization or true leadership. letting a team unprofessional and unproductive team run the warehouse. no care or empathy for workers. only decent thing about this horrific place is the benefits.

Terrible work environment
Press Operator (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - November 1, 2023
The tactics and manipulations used at this place are down right DISGUSTING. The whole office; from HR to Management is completely incompetent. Terrible waste of a facility and great workers. This place will not be open for much longer.

Press Operator (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - September 28, 2023
Management is barricaded in the office. No open door policy. Break room and bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Leads will do weird things like take people’s phones and people are escorted out by security daily.
Pros
Ok pay
Cons
No room to grow. Poorly run facility.

Hope things change
Machine Operator (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - August 16, 2023
Great benefits, co workers , and a cool job is the only thing here. Pretty hot some days, hottest I remember was about 98 ambient temp in summer. None of the management knows what they are doing up front , direction and feedback/ advice is given from the floor to them but no one listens. Constant downfall of a company that just started but am hoping things will pick back up . Lots of favoritism from the front, leading people on saying it’ll happen or they are workin on it but never do. No evaluations and pay scale/ job description makes no sense at times.
Pros
Benefits, Pto, people
Cons
The Office, production downtime, the heat

A young company growing fast
Associate (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - August 15, 2023
A typical day at work does not exist, always new and interesting puzzles to solve. Management team is young, but knowledgeable and committed to improving everyone's work lives as well as meeting production goals. For a company that has only been running for about a year, they're surprisingly put together and only getting better. The hardest part of the job is getting up to speed with all the moving pieces in a growing & developing environment. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with such a dynamic and committed leadership team and having the ability to build something special.
Pros
generous pto offering & insurance
Cons
Growing pains, but they're getting there

New company with lots of potential
Floor Associate (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - August 14, 2023
I have enjoyed working here and hope to continue growing with the company they pay for you to have health, dental, and vision insurance. you get 160 hrs of pto! they do have a strict time and attendance policy which most people who have been let go is because they are lazy and either show up late many times or leave early or don't show up at all if you take your position seriously this is a great company

Leadership is a joke.
Assembly Worker (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - August 6, 2023
Upper levels of management have little to no experience and have no clue as to how to run a company, manage employees, or listen to ideas that would make work flow better. They get rid of or people who hold things together quit. They reward the lazy and the liars and walk over those that work or have worked to make that place better.
Pros
Employees on the floor are helpful
Cons
Leadership from the office suck especially the heads of the company

A place to learn and grow
Material Handler (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - April 24, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The manager, the staff and the concern they show about you teaching you your job. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Correcting someone else mistake What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Family orientated, nice people to work with from different backgrounds of life. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Busy and fun at the same time, and time seems to fly by.

It's an easy job that pays the bills.
Press Operator (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - April 17, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The job is not hard. It is very easy to learn. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The 3rd shift leads run it like it is there personal play ground. Their friends are held to a lesser work standard than others. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Newer company, still having growing pains. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Just go in and do my job to get paid.

Not a good employer
Assembly Worker (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - March 23, 2023
I enjoyed working with the other employees. But all honesty the management sucked. They say they have an open door policy but truth be told NO they don’t. If you go in the office they look at you like you are a stranger to them and they never give you a straight answer.
Pros
Hot coco from Dunkin Donuts on a really cold day
Cons
Mgmt sucks

Unorthodox at its finest
Press Operator (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - February 21, 2023
When I started in packaging, things were decent at first until progressing was my mindset. I watched this facility go from ok to feeling like a actual prison. Majority of the people in power are unqualified and when any type of weather issue arises don't think they will treat every shift the same. As a token of appreciation we were given $250 as a Xmas gift. I've worked for companies that were smaller and paid atleast $500. At the pace they are going, the other competitors will be ahead of this company in no time. I'm glad I no longer am employed here.
Pros
Having toilet tissue
Cons
Clocking in

Decent Employer
Human Resources Generalist (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - November 1, 2022
Good pay and benefits. Medical is paid for the employee. Company pomotes employees from within. Diverse group of employees. Stressful, but can also be fun.

great working environment
Quality Control Inspector (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - January 11, 2017
This was a great place to work, worked with some great individuals. Fast-paced, stayed very busy which made the work day go by fast. The best part about this job was team work. Everyone actually worked together as a team to get a task completed. Always learning something new, and taking on new tasks.
Pros
1 hr. lunch
