Manager (Former Employee) – Greensboro, NC – October 9, 2018
If you’re hired as a manager be forewarned you’ll be expected to perform laborer work. If a manual labor person on your team is absent then tag you’re it even if lower level employees are available to fill in from other departments. Who knows they might even ask you to clean the toilets. There are just not enough employees to cover. There is no communication from above just a lot of secrets. Poor planning they’re always scrambling to get things done, it’s like a circus, lots of sandboxes. Benefits are good but the equipment is old and not maintained, lots of problems with no maintenance personnel. Manager does the maintenance and fills in doing manual labor work and is still expected to perform their regular duties. This company is constantly running shothanded but only hires more Desk Jockeys not regular workers.
Four day work week
No Organization, no communication, poor staffing structure, no defined roles with no direction.
Management not very honest with employees and their leadership is atrocious. They do not lead by example .Some people are held to a standard while others are not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
