Natera is a high energy work environment with a very technology savvy sales support team. For a smaller size company, the training and resources that support the Clinical Sales team are impressive. Sales of genetic testing is competitive, and there are many moving parts, which I thrive on. The management team, especially my direct manager is knowledgeable, and helps support reps. However, there is substantial turnover and territory boundaries are not clear. Natera is a leader in their space and I fully believe in their products. They are still going through some growing pains as a newer company, but I believe they are on the right track. The ability and autonomy to make business decisions and drive sales is the best part of the job.
