Emotional, childish management team
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  San Carlos, CAMay 2, 2013
With the exception of one or two managers, the management team is a joke, especially those at the very top. Screaming is often heard, favoritism and bullying is typical, decisions are made by emotional reaction and not careful planning. Constantly told that we have to work harder when everyone works 70+ hours a week. Work life balance is non-existent. Sad because products are amazing, but company is poorly run from the top. Look elsewhere if you don't want to age yourself by 10 years in 1. Also, the office is in constant shambles. Very unprofessional.
Pros
Helping people have healthy babies. Great product, free food/coffee.
Cons
Everything else except what I wrote in the Pros.

paid so little, not affordable, not flexible. managment is the worst, your bosses will throw you under. Not worth unless first job out of college. Will most likely end up working grave schedule.

Wonderful managers, ping pong tables, putting green, free lunches, free massages, convenient location, friendly coworkers, and plenty of committees and projects to be a part of for those interested.
