Over all working at National Bank has been good experience for me. I am satisfied and want to excel my knowledge and abilities. All the compensation and benefits are equally given to all employees either regular or contractual.
I work hard for the organisation but there is no one to appreciate your work.only a person closed with higher management can be take all type of benefits recording appresal and other things. I had a very bad experience with NBP.
The offices are conveniently located and the postings are considered keeping in mind residences of the employees. The offices have a culture of support where the colleagues are ever ready to lend a hand and teach.
Office hours are adhered to.
The benefits offered to permanent and contractual employees have many discrepancies.
Banker/Teller (Current Employee) – Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa – June 4, 2019
Job environment is good but due to lack of staff a lot of customers facing daily basis. AnD facing double work with same salary. Job is overall secured. management so poor of my company the did not show interest to solve the employees issues .job culture is stand red .
Not a good place to work. I do not recommend this place to anyone. NO progress once stuck in one type of work will remain in the same place. Too many bosses. No chance to get an increase in salary. No chance to learn new things. No College or training reimbursement etc.
In these two months i know about the organization practically that how are they managed and dealing with clients. A positive change in my mind that how to communicate with people and how to deal with them and motivate them to open an account here.
National bank of Pakistan was a nice place to work for gaining necessary experience. It had really good benefits and job security. There were some basic management policy problems which always lead to me being dissatisfied with my career to a certain extent.
Wonderful People and a lovely bank to care and dare... i have learned so many things from my work place ... ITs not just about earning your side of coins but more about how to earn the value that company has given you and respect fulfillment....
