Horrible Horrible Horrible High turn over speaks VOLUMES!!! All the good Nurses leave they want nothing to do with the lack of care provided or put up with all the broken promises Administration make. The lack of professionalism of current management. How can corporate not see what is happening at FMC!!! AL is so mismanaged!!!!

A mutual respectful relationship not possible with current onsite Manager/Portland Plaza.

Environment at Portland Plaza was very stressful. On site Manager created a very hostile work environment. The good part of the job was working with the residents who were wonderful and deserving of much needed services and resources in order for them to continue to age in place.

Work environment is horrible. Constantly feeling like ur walking on egg shells or about to be fired Bc management is rude and mean to everyone. Comments like "everyone is replaceable" are heard regularly from HR, scheduler, the DON, and Admin
