Pays well but the culture is terrible....
Warehouse Selector (Dry) (Current Employee) –  Westampton, NJAugust 6, 2018
Management is a mess, the lack of a union presence and being located in an "at will" state make this place a lot more stressful than it needs to be. The efficiency standards are unfair and unless you are prepared to work 10-12 hours per day on second shift, I'd pass on an opportunity here. Being a single customer client, management constantly bends to the will of the majority shareholders in the company, i.e. your local Dunkin' Donuts franchisees.
Pros
Pay & benefits
Cons
Management, hours

A great place to work
Product Administrator (Former Employee) –  Duluth, GAMarch 24, 2018
National DCP was a job that everyday was a good day working environment, best place in Atlanta to work. National DCP provided comprehensive training and management was hands on to assist and develop your knowledge of job set skills. Company was forced to do some downsizing of department teams and unfortunately I was part of the downsize. If an opportunity was available to return back to work, i would jump on the opportunity, I so loved working for National DCP.

Poor Management
Driver/Operator (Current Employee) –  Greensboro, NCMarch 14, 2018
Great benefit/Pay. If you don't mind spending all your time working and away from your family then this job maybe for you.If you can handle being treated unfair then this job is for you. If you like getting wrote up for the slightestimate little thing then this job is for you. If you like wondering if you going to have a job from one day to the next then this job if for you. If you like explaing your self every single day. In short stay away and find someplace where you will be able to enjoy your life with your family with out all the added stress from work. Hope this helps. Goodluck on your job search.

PS. Sick does are rolled in with personal. You have to call in 6 hrs before your dispatch time. If not you risk getting your wrote up for calling out.

Not for a family man
Driver (Current Employee) –  Greensboro, NCSeptember 9, 2016
Lots of layovers, twice a week, you will work weekends and when you're home you will be in the bed. Long days, management is not often true to their word. 10Hrs off and back to work doesn't leave much time for your family. No set routes and random days during the week on call. Never really off work... always on call when off.
Pros
Pay is great, insurance is real great.
Cons
No life other than work.

Picker (Current Employee) –  New JerseyMay 27, 2016
If you have a family this isnt a job for you unless its part time. You start out with one day off during the week and saturday and start at 2 and work up to 14 hours a day So only see my wife and kids for a short time in the morning until they leave for school and work. Lots of change for the worst. Supervisors and managers have no clue. If you ask question each one will say something different. Dont base promotion off the best candidate but friends of people who are already management. Human resources good luck with that. There is a lot of BS to much to type.

Dispatcher, Transportation Operations (Former Employee) –  Mokena, ILJuly 23, 2015
Depending on your department the days can be as different as night and day. Compensation and benefits are good. Management could use a little improvement (company recently merged and was still ironing out glitches).
