Sales Company to the Fullest

The days at NDR were very up and down. Depending on how your months going, it can be good or bad. There is a low base salary so making commission is key. Even though the structure to get to commission is not difficult, if work is slow so will your paychecks. It is a very professional organization and you must be able to multi task in order to succeed - more ... in a company like NDR. I've had some of the most memorable moments at some of the company parties they have, but it is hard work. I'd say if you're looking for a sales environment to test your skills, it's worth a conversation. - less
