I was excited to work for this organization but I am disappointed with how this company will treat you if you don't plan out their way of sales process. I did not pass their test and they let me go but the worst part was without pay. I spent two weeks doing there pre-training, shadowing the sales rep, and a week of training in Boca Raton Please read your sales agreement before joining this company.

Do not work here crooks & bad sales men

They will ask to fly you down to boca ratón FL and make you cover your own expenses & rides .. & then not even Pay your expenses.. once you finish training they send you to their “verified” leads that are on average 1.5 hours away .. don’t not come here .. unprofessional & they take your commission by terminating your contract before they are payed out Do not waste your time

Set your own hours is the only positive

They are all sales men. They sell you the dream of income and freedom, it's all false. They force you into signing agreements which they hold as contractually binding, and never adhere to their end while constantly using it as leverage to control you. They starve you for work. I was closing over 80% average over my time there and never once was assigned enough appointments to meet their bonuses. They constantly treat you as ignorant and every with every 'no sale', you are spoken to like it was your fault. Extremely high turnover, they play with your comissions, they send you on cancelled appointments and nickel and dime you. They control your appointments and therefor your income.

Initially, everything appeared promising as they offered pre-scheduled appointments every day and a commission rate of 6-10% for sales. Despite working six to seven days a week and successfully closing over 75% of my deals, I was compensated only 3-4% of the commission promised. Furthermore, I ended up damaging my Acura car as I was required to carry more than 400 pounds of flooring samples to each appointment. To make matters worse, when I complained about not receiving my promised pay, they terminated my employment without providing any compensation.

Don’t pay

Pay is terrible, they are a bait and switch company they don’t give the customer what they ordered, they fire you easily for pointing this out … so know that you will be easily disposable which means zero job security. Do not work for this dishonest company.
