Who wants to be a made man? payday loans for businesses
National Account Executive (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CANovember 4, 2017
It is a boiler room with selling high interest loans to small business with a daily payment taken out of their account m-f. To give you an idea what you would be selling is a 25k loan paying back 34250 over 6 months with a daily payment around 250ish a day.

Can you make a lot of money there? Yes but you will not get the leads that will make you money. You will work 6 months and barley to start to make 2k in commission. Don't be fooled by top reps making 400k that wont be you unless you have been there 5 plus years.

All in all this place is a trap. They pay you just enough to keep you there for the base @36k and benefits with promise of advancement (after years into position) but not enough to have the feeling of stability. They will fire you over anything but they themselves are nothing better than loan sharks giving money to people who shouldn't be taking on such debt . Save yourself some time and take a hard pass on this company.
Pros
Good managers(who teach you how to be a loan shark)
Cons
Loan shark environment, product is awful, lack of any products)only daily payment loans)

Company is a great work environment. Leading company in the loan industry that is constantly growing their marketing and sales strategies to increase sales for their employees. As well as fun environment inside and outside of the company and their non work events.

Crash and burn, crash and burn
sales (Former Employee) –  san diegoJune 24, 2015
Cold calling all day. Repetitive job sitting in a rows of 10 with each person doing the exact same thing on the phone trying to get businesses with bad credit to take loans. You are technically scamming people who do not have much money to their name/business and taking a huge chunk of their revenue. No much room for growth, after you work with cold calls you move to "warm leads" and then more personal dealing which isn't saying much. Pay is pretty much commission so its all on you. Average person works here for 6 months and the whole time they're interviewing at other places so they can stop working at this boiler room. T
Pros
.Nothing, absolutely nothing (is that at least 5 words)?
Cons
To sum it up DO NOT WORK HERE!

Great training, shortly after hire, strict requires for production as well as changes in quality of leads. Lots of continuous meetings about changes and commission changed, inbound leads stopped. ..

Great work environment, bad product
Business Finance Consultant (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAJanuary 25, 2014
The overall work environment is great. The product that the company sells is horrible. You are basically a legalized loan shark preying on the weak and vulnerable.
Pros
flexible work hours
Cons
bad product
