You will be constantly busy from the moment you come in until you leave which can be a good thing or a bad thing. It makes the day go by quickly but you won't even have the time to drink some water in between all of your calls let alone go to the bathroom if you care about your personal performance stats. You have to meet a minimum amount of adherence - more... to a schedule and your stats in adherence drop quickly for every minute you use for personal time.

It's great that it is exactly 40 hours and no less and overtime is optional.
