Was dishonest about commissions , and lack of communication from management. The role was forever changing from what was told to me at the interview. Be more honest.

NGIC has a long way to go to be a professional company that seeks to help their employees be successful. HR is horrible and cut throat and mgmt offers unrealistic expectations with no resources offered to them. Management has a long way to go to learn what they are doing and how to develop their employees .I’m embarrassed to have been a part of this company !If you care about your career, stay away!!!

Good place to work I work in a call center - the calls ring constantly- you are expected to answer so many - but when people call over and over it still effects you.
